Cancellation Policy – Creativav Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time and other clients by following our cancellation policy. • 24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service booked. • No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting the schedule. • Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will go toward your service. • Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will review situations case-by-case.
